Lifetime Learners Child Development Center established in 2011

Director – Mrs. Dana Lagarde

Mrs. Dana feels blessed to have realized her calling early in life, which is to serve children. She enjoys nurturing and educating young children. Children inspire her vision and she would like to lead a program that is designed to incorporate quality care in a happy and safe learning environment that challenges children to learn. Mrs. Dana’s educational background and years of experience enables her to know what is important for children to be successful “Lifetime Learners.” She believes that teachers should guide students by helping them to engage, explore, explain, elaborate, and evaluate activities as well as the world around them. She is a licensed director and certified teacher in the state of Texas. She is married, has a son and two daughters. Mrs. Dana enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.

Our teachers

We are extremely proud of our valued staff. Our Lifetime Learners Child Development Center Family is welcoming, loving, warm and professional. All faculty and staff are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. To provide our children with a quality-learning environment, our staff is required to take additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom management, age-appropriate activities, and nutrition. Our staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and is given opportunities to attend professional training conferences. Lifetime Learners Child Development Center is committed to providing professional development and continual learning for all staff members. Together we provide a rich learning environment for children to excel and grow.

We are pleased to share that many of our teachers come to us with masters degrees in education and advanced educational backgrounds in early childhood and psychology. We aim to employ educators who are passionate about working with children, nurturing, empathetic, and committed to excellence in early childhood education. It is extremely important to us that your child’s self esteem is being lifted each day at Lifetime Learners Child Development Center.
